From HoloWiki - A Holography FAQ

Sharing information is the reason that a group of holographers has joined together. It started at the Holography Forum.

The holography forum was created on July 1st 2002, since that time we've posted more than 30,000 posts. The forum and HoloWiki Director is Colin Kaminski.

We also have created a sister organization called the PCG now run and maintained by Michael Harrison. It's purpose is to carry our momentum off the web and into the real world. We do this through meetings and outreach.
